7 races were sailed in a breeze from 08 to 15 knots with sunshining and perfect temperature.

The first two boats were the new "Maxiboat" A class.

The first regatta of the 2009 spanish circuit where held in La Manga del Mar Menor (the place where the Europeans 2.007 were sailed).

5 races were sailed with wins from 6 to 10 knots with the following results:

2. Juanjo Sola ESP 83

3. José A. López ESP 52

4. Kike Cornejo ESP 5

5. Micky Todd ESP 2007
